Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided by the ERP system without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability Israr Engineering is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the ERP system.

7. Termination Israr Engineering reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the ERP system immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.

8. Changes to Terms Israr Engineering reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the ERP system. Your continued use of the ERP system after any changes to the terms indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
